| Worcestershire Sauce | 2 tbsp | |
| Horseradish | 1 tbsp | Optional |
Method
- Let cheese and cream cheese come to room temperature
- Finely chop shallots
- Finely chop ground beef. Chop all 3 packages but keep 1 package separate for rolling
- Blend shallots, 2 packages dried beef, and cheese.
- Add Accent, Worcershire Sauce, and Horseradish (if using) to mixture
- Shape into one large ball
- Roll in third package of chopped beef
- Chill until ready to serve
