Ingredients

| Eggs | 6 | Separate whites and yolks |
| Sugar | ¾ cup | Separate into ½ cup and ¼ cup portions |
| Rich Cream | 1 pint | |
| Whole Milk | 1 pint | |
| Blended Whiskey | 1 pint | |
| Jamaican Rum | 1.5 oz | |
| Nutmeg | Grated |
Method
- Beat egg whites to very stiff peaks
- Add ¼ cup sugar tp egg whites
- Beat egg yolks
- Add ½ cup sugar to yolks while beating
- Mix the whites with the yolks
- Stir in cream and milk
- Add Whiskey and Rum
- Stir thoroughly
Notes From Gran
- Serve from punbch bowl
- Serve with grated nutmeg on each glass
- Makes 5 pints egg nog
- Served every Easter after morning church
