Ingredients

Sugar 2 cubes White sugar
Lemon Peel   Thin-sliced
Cloves 2 whole  
Cinnamon 1 small stick  
Brandy 1 Jigger Likely 1.5 Oz
Coffee ⅔ cup Strong, hot, and black

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients
  2. Ignite mixture and allow to flame 30 seconds, sitrring constantly with metal spoon
  3. Add coffee
  4. strain into 2 heated demi-tasse cups
  5. Serve at once
