Ingredients

| Unflavored Gelatin | 6 envelopes | |
| Tomato Juice | 6 cups | Divided |
| Lemon Juice | ⅔ cups | |
| Salt | 1½ tsp | |
| Worcestershire Sauce | 1 Tbsp | |
| Horseradish | ⅓ cup | |
| Mayonnaise | 3 cups | |
| Cooked Seafood | 6 cups | Shrimp, Crab, or Lobster |
| Celery | 3 cups | Chopped |
Method
- Chop celery
- Place 3 cups tomato juice into a deep saucepan
- Sprinkle Gelatin over tomato juice in saucepan
- Place saucepan over moderate heat
- Stir in remaining Tomato Juice, and all ingredients other than Seafood and Celery
- Beat until smooth
- Chill and stir occassionally until mixture mounds when dropped from spoon
- Add seafod and celery
- Turn into two 8 cup molds
- Chill until firm
- Unmold
