Ingredients

Ingredient	Amount	Notes
Vinegar	4 Tbsp
Sugar	4 Tbsp
Butter	2 Tbsp
Eggs	2	Well beaten
Whipped Cream	1 cup

Method

1. Put vinegar, sguar, and butter in saucepan
2. Heat
3. Beat eggs well
4. Add eggs to saucepan and cook slowly until thick
5. Chill
6. Add 1 cup whipped cream
