| Cabbage | 1 head | |
| Flour | 3 Tbsp | |
| Butter | ¼ lb | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
| Milk | 2 cups |
Method
- Cut up cabbage iunto bite-sized pieces
- Cook
- Remove from stove
- Thicken with Flour and BUtter
- Add Salt and Pepper to taste
- Place back on stove, stirring constantly
- Add 2 cups milk while continuing to stir
- Bring to a boil for 2 minutes while stirring constantly
