Ingredients

Ingredient Amount Notes
Cauliflower   Whole head(s)
Butter    
Cheddar Soup 1 or 2 cans Undiluted
Seasoned Salt    
Pepper    

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350 °F
  2. Butter casserole dish
  3. Cover whole head of Cauliflower with salted water
  4. Boil until just tender
  5. Drain well
  6. Place Cauliflower in casserole dish stem down
  7. Pour Cheddar soup over top of casserole
  8. Add Seasoned Salt and Pepper
  9. Bake until soup is hot
