| Fresh Corn | 5 cups | Optional - May substitute for canned corn |
| Eggs | 2 | |
| Salt | 1 tsp | |
| Pepper | ⅛ tsp | |
| Cornstarch | 1 Tbsp | |
| Flour | 2 Tbsp | Optional - May substitute for Cornstarch |
| Sugar | 2 Tbsp | |
| Butter | 2 Tbsp | Melted |
| Milk | 1½ cups | |
| Sherry | 1½ oz | Recipe called fopr 1 jigger |
Method
- Preheat oven to 350 °F
- Grease baking dish
- Melt butter
- Mix together all ingredients and pour into baking dish
- Set baking dish into pan of hot water
- Bake about 1¼ hour
- Done when a knife comes out clean
