Ingredients

Ingredient Amount Notes
Top Round Beef   ½ inch thick
Soy Sauce 1 cup  
Garlic 2 cloves Crushed
Ginger 1 tsp  
Sherry ½ cup Dry Sherry

Method

  1. Cut beef into 1 inch by 6 inch strips
  2. Crush garlic
  3. Combine Soy Sauce, garlic, ginger and sherry into marinade
  4. Marinate the beef in the refrigerator for 1 hour
  5. Cook quickly in pan or on barbeque for 2 minutes
  6. Baste with marinade
