Ingredients

| Top Round Beef | ½ inch thick | |
| Soy Sauce | 1 cup | |
| Garlic | 2 cloves | Crushed |
| Ginger | 1 tsp | |
| Sherry | ½ cup | Dry Sherry |
Method
- Cut beef into 1 inch by 6 inch strips
- Crush garlic
- Combine Soy Sauce, garlic, ginger and sherry into marinade
- Marinate the beef in the refrigerator for 1 hour
- Cook quickly in pan or on barbeque for 2 minutes
- Baste with marinade
