Ingredients

Ingredient Amount Notes
Mushroom Soup 1 can  
Milk 2/3 cup  
Salt 1/2 tsp  
Poultry Seasoning 1/2 tsp  
Cream Cheese 6 oz Cream cheese used to be sold in 3oz “small” packages. The recipe called for 2
Cottage Cheese 1 cup  
Stuffed Olives 1/2 cup Sliced
Onion 1/3 cup Chopped
Green Pepper 1/3 cup Cut up
Parsley 1/4 cup  
Turkey 3 cup Cubed
Noodles 3 cup Cooked

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 375F
  2. Cook noodles
  3. Slice olives
  4. Chop Onion
  5. Cut up green pepper
  6. Cut up parsley
  7. Cube turkey if not pre-cubed
  8. Mix together mushroom soup, milk, salt and poultry seasoning
  9. Add Cream cheese olives, onion, green pepper, parsley, and turkey
  10. Place half the noodles into casserole dish
  11. Then the half the mixture
  12. Then the other half of the noodles and the other half of the mixture
  13. Bake 30 minutes
