Ingredients

Ground Venison 1 lb  
Water 2 Tbsp Cold
Lemon Juice 2 Tbsp  
Seasoned Salt    
Pepper    
Onion Salt    
Bacon 4 strips  
Bacon    

Method

  1. Mix Venison, cold water, Lemon Juice, Seasoned Salt, Pepper, and Onion salt
  2. Make into 4 patties
  3. Wrap each patty with a bacons trip, securing bacon with a tooth pick
  4. Broil 15-20 minutes, 3 inches from heat
  5. Transfer to heated platter
  6. Place a large piece of butter on top of each patty
  7. Serve
