| Bacon | 4 strips | |

Method
- Mix Venison, cold water, Lemon Juice, Seasoned Salt, Pepper, and Onion salt
- Make into 4 patties
- Wrap each patty with a bacons trip, securing bacon with a tooth pick
- Broil 15-20 minutes, 3 inches from heat
- Transfer to heated platter
- Place a large piece of butter on top of each patty
- Serve
