| Graham Crackers | 10 | crumbled |
| Butter | 1/4 lb | |
| Nutmeg | 1/8 tsp | |
| Cinnamon | 1/4 tsp | |
| Cream Cheese | 6 oz | softened |
| Egg | 1 | beaten |
| Sugar | 1/4 cup + 1 tsp | |
| Vanilla | 1/2 tsp + 1 tsp | |
| Sour Cream | 1 cup |
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix cracker crumbs, butter, nutmeg, and cinnamon.
- Press on bottom and sides of 7” pie pan to make crust.
- To make filling, beat well cream cheese, egg, 1/4 cup sugar, and 1/2 tsp vanilla.
- Pour into crust and bake for 20 min.
- Mix sour cream, 1 tsp sugar, and 1 tsp vanilla to make topping.
- Cover pie with topping while hot.
- Return to oven for 5 min.
- Chill and serve.
