Ingredients

| Milk | 1 cup | |

| Baking Powder | 2 tsps | |
| Salt | ½ tsp | |
| Vanilla | 1 tsp |
Method
- Preheat oven to 325 °F.
- Grease and flour a 10-inch tube pan.
- Separate egg whites from yolks.
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Drop in yolks and beat. Set aside.
- Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Alternately add milk and flour to the wet mixture.
- Add vanilla.
- Beat until smooth.
- Beat egg whites until stiff.
- Fold in egg whites.
- Bake for one hour or until done.
