12 Stew Dumplings

Ingredients

Ingredient Amount Notes
Flour 2 cups  
Baking Powder 4 tsp  
Salt 1/2 tsp  
Butter 1 Tbsp  
Milk 3/4 cup  

Method

  1. Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Cut in butter.
  3. Add milk and stir with a fork to make soft dough.
  4. Drop by spoonfuls on top of cooked stew that has lots of juice in it.
  5. Cook with lid on tight for 12-15 mins.
