Ingredients

Sharp Grated Cheddar 1/2 lb  
Butter 1/4 lb  
Flour 1 cup  
Salt 1 tsp  

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Cream butter
  3. Add other ingredients
  4. Roll into small balls about 1/2” diameter
  5. Bake 10 minutes

Notes

  • Makes approximately 36 balls
  • May be frozen
