| Miniature Cream Puffs | 30 | |
| Ham | 2 cups | Cooked and Ground |
| Sharp Cheese | ½ cup | Grated |
| Catsup | ½ cup | Use catsup OR chili sauce. Not both |
| Chili Sauce | ½ cup | Use catsup OR chili sauce. Not both - recipe calls for homemade |
| Green Pepper | ¼ cup | Chopped |
| Olives | ¼ cup | Ripe - Chopped |
| Garlic Salt | ⅛ tsp | |
| Celery Seed | ½ tsp |
Method
- Preheat oven to 350 °F
- Slice off the tops of the cream puffs
- Mix well everything but the cream puffs
- Put 1 Tbsp of the ham mixture into each puff
- Place on baking sheet
- Bake 10-15 minutes
