| Onion | ½ cup | Finely Chopped |
| Chili Sauce | ¼ cup | |
| Horseradish | 2 tsp | |
| Worcestershire Sauce | 1 tsp | |

| Pepper | To Taste | |
| Accent | ¼ tsp | This is MSG, sold as Ac’cent today |
| Prepared Mustard | 2 tsp | |
| Bread | 1 loaf | Fresh |
Method
- Preheat Broiler
- Split Bread lengthwise
- Butter both halves
- Combine other ingredients and mix lightly
- Pile mixture ½ inch thick to edges of bread halves
- Broil 6 inches from heat for 15 minutes or until done
- Cut into each halve into thirds or quarters for serving
