Ingredients

Ingredient Amount Notes
Bread    
Mayonnaise    
Tomatoes   Sliced
Salt    
Pepper    
Cheese   such as Velveeta
Bacon    

Method

  1. Preheat Broiler
  2. Fill broiler pan with as many slices as will fit
  3. Borwn (toast) lightly on one side in broiler
  4. Take out and spread Mayonnaise on untoasted side
  5. Cover with sliced tomatoes
  6. Add Salt and Pepper to taste
  7. Add cheese slice
  8. Add about 3 haf-slices of bacon
  9. Put back under boriler - not too close
  10. Brown bacon
  11. Turn bacon pieces over and brown until done
