Method

  1. Grind together ham, celery, carrots Relish, Mustard, several shakes Worcestershire Sauce
  2. Mayonnaise to spread
  3. Mix well

Notes From Gran

  • Gran used what is left, after slicing, of a Gwaltney baked ham.
  • Good on toast with lettuce
  • For a change add 4 chopped eggs
