Molded Tuna Salad

Ingredients

| Lemon Jello | 3oz pkg | |
| Hot Water | 1 cup | |
| Mayonnaise | ½ cup | |
| Pimento Cream Cheese | 5 oz | |
| Milk | ½ cup | Recipe calls for “rich milk” presumably whole milk |
| Onion | 1 Tbsp | Grated |
| Celery | ½ cup | Finely cut |
| Seasoned Salt | ¼ Tsp | |
| Pepper | ¼ tsp | Black Pepper |
| Green Pepper | 2 Tbsp | Diced |
| Eggs | 3 | Hard Boiled - Diced |
| Tuna | 14 oz | Recipe calls for two 7oz size cans of tuna |
| Lettuce | For serving |
Method
- Hard Boil eggs and let them cool
- Grate Onion
- Finely cut celery
- Dice Green Pepper and Hard Boiled Eggs
- Mix Jello and Hot Water
- Let jell slightly
- Mix together Mayonnaise, Pimento Cream Cheese, and Milk. Add to Jello
- Mix together remaining ingredients and add to Jello mixture
- Pour into mold
- Chill several hours
- Turn mold out onto lettuce
