Ingredients

| Sharp Cheese | ½ lb | Cut fine |
| Onions | 5 med | Sliced Thin |
| Rice | 6 Tbsp | Uncooked |
| Hot Water | ½ cup | |
| Stuffed Olives | 1 Small bottle | Including Juice |
| Bacon Drippings | 1 Tbsp |
Method
- Preheat oven to 450 °F
- Thinly slice onions
- Cut cheese finely if not pre-shredded
- Combine all ingredients in Casserole dish
- Cover
- Bake 45 minutes, stirring several times
- Remove cover for last 15 minutes to brown and set
