| Sour Cream | 1 cup | |
| Flour | 1 Tbsp | |
| Milk | 1 cup | |
| Italian Beans | 9 oz | Frozen |
| Olives | ⅓ cup | Ripe Olives - Chopped |
| Salt | ¾ tsp | |
| Pepper | ¼ tsp | |
| Basil | ½ tsp | |
| Butter | For casserole dish | |
| Cheese | 1 cup | Swiss or Cheddar - Grated |
| Paprika | ½ tsp |
Method
- Preheat oven to 350 °F
- Butter Casserole dish
- Cook Noodles in salted water
- Separately cook Beans
- Drain noodles and beans keeping them separate
- In a large mixing bowl, blend Sour cream, flour, and milk
- Stir beans into mixing bowl
- Chop olives and stir into mixture
- add salt, pepper and basil, again stirring in
- Add cooked noodles and mix
- Turn mixture out into buttered casserole dish
- Sprinkle with Cheese and Paprika
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes until heated through
