| Mayonnaise | 1 cup | Blue Ribbon Mayonnaise |
| Onion | 1 | Chopped fine |
| Green Pepper | ¼ cup | Chopped Fine |
| Parmesan | 1 cup | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
| Butter | ||
| Seasoned Bread Crumbs |
Method
- Preheat oven to 350 °F
- Butter baking dish
- Wash squash
- Cut into chunks
- Cook tender
- Drain
- Chop Onion and Green Pepper fine
- Beat eggs
- Add onion, Green Pepper, Mayonnaise, and Parmesan
- Add Salt and Pepper to taste
- Mix well
- Put into buttered baking dish
- Add seasoned bread crumbs
- Dot with Butter
- Bake for 30 minutes
