Summer Squash in Casserole

Ingredients
| Ingredient | Amount | Notes |

| Squash | 5 medium | Yellow, white or Zuccini |
| Onion | ½ cup | Chopped |
| Butter | 2 Tbsp | Melted - More for Casserole dish |
| Salt | 1½ tsp | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
| Cheddar Cheese | ½ cup | Grated |
| Fried Onions | 1 can |
Method
- Preheat oven to 325 °F
- Butter Casserole dish
- Wash squash
- Cut squash into chunks and place in dish
- Chop Onions and add to dish
- Melt butter and add to dish
- Add Salt and Pepper
- Grate Cheese on top
- Bake 30 minutes or until Squash is tender.
- Remove from stove
- Sprinkle Onions on top
