Modern Notes
- This appears to call for 1 1/2 cans of milk. However, it uses a ditto (〃) to do so. It’s unclear to me if this means to fill the can used for the soupr with milk 1.5 times over, calls for milk which was sold in a can in the 70s, calls for condensed milk (which is sold by the can), or is an error and should be measured in cups. –David S
