| Lump Crab Meat | 1½ lbs | |
| Green Pepper | ¼ cup | Chopped |
| Sweet Red Pepper | ¼ cup | Chopped |
| Onion | ¼ cup | Chopped |
| Butter | ½ cup + extra | |
| Mayonnaise | ½ cup | |
| Parsley | 2 Tbsp | Chopped |
| Worcestershire Sauce | 2 tsp | |
| Prepared Mustard | 2 tsp | |
| Salt | ½ tsp | |
| Pepper | Freshly Ground Black Pepper | |
| Crab Shells | 6 | |
| Paprika |
Method
- Preheat oven to 350 °F
- Grease crab shells
- Chop Green Pepper, Red Pepper, and Onion
- Sauté together with crab meat in butter
- Chop Parsley and add
- Add Mayonnaise, Worcestershire Sauce, Prepared Msutard, Salt, adn Fresh Ground Black Pepper
- Mix well and place into greased crab shells
- Dot with butter
- Sprinkle with Paprika
- Bake for 20 minutes
