Ingredients

Ingredient Amount Notes
Lump Crab Meat 1½ lbs  
Green Pepper ¼ cup Chopped
Sweet Red Pepper ¼ cup Chopped
Onion ¼ cup Chopped
Butter ½ cup + extra  
Mayonnaise ½ cup  
Parsley 2 Tbsp Chopped
Worcestershire Sauce 2 tsp  
Prepared Mustard 2 tsp  
Salt ½ tsp  
Pepper   Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Crab Shells 6  
Paprika    

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350 °F
  2. Grease crab shells
  3. Chop Green Pepper, Red Pepper, and Onion
  4. Sauté together with crab meat in butter
  5. Chop Parsley and add
  6. Add Mayonnaise, Worcestershire Sauce, Prepared Msutard, Salt, adn Fresh Ground Black Pepper
  7. Mix well and place into greased crab shells
  8. Dot with butter
  9. Sprinkle with Paprika
  10. Bake for 20 minutes
