Ingredients

Ingredient Amount Notes
Lump Crabmeat 1 lb  
Butter 4 + 2 Tbsp  
Green Peppers 2 Tbsp Chopped
Mushrooms ½ lb (8oz can) Sliced
Pimento 1 Diced
Flour 2 Tbsp  
Heavy Cream 1 cup  
Sherry ¼ cup  

Method

  1. Sauté crab in 4 Tbsp butter until heated through and set aside
  2. Chop Green peppers
  3. Slice Mushrooms if not pre-sliced
  4. Sauté green pepper and mushrooms in 2 Tbsp butter
  5. Add pimento and cream
  6. Stir until thickened
  7. Add crab and sherry
  8. Cook until everything is piping hot but do not let boil.
