Ingredients

| Lump Crabmeat | 1 lb | |
| Butter | 4 + 2 Tbsp | |
| Green Peppers | 2 Tbsp | Chopped |
| Mushrooms | ½ lb (8oz can) | Sliced |
| Pimento | 1 | Diced |
| Flour | 2 Tbsp | |
| Heavy Cream | 1 cup | |
| Sherry | ¼ cup |
Method
- Sauté crab in 4 Tbsp butter until heated through and set aside
- Chop Green peppers
- Slice Mushrooms if not pre-sliced
- Sauté green pepper and mushrooms in 2 Tbsp butter
- Add pimento and cream
- Stir until thickened
- Add crab and sherry
- Cook until everything is piping hot but do not let boil.
