Ingredients

Lump Crab Meat 1 lb See modern notes
Worcestershire Sauce 1 Tbsp  
Parsley 1 tsp Dried
Prepared Mustard 1 tsp  
Curry dash  
Red Pepper dash  
Nutmeg dash  
Nutmeg Dash  
Salt    
Pepper    
Onion Salt    
Italian Bread Crumbs    
Butter    
Dry Sherry   for serving

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350 °F
  2. Mix together all ingredients except for Bread Crumbs, Butter, and Sherry
  3. Put mixture into individual Pyrex baking dishes
  4. Put Italian Bread Crumbs on top
  5. Dot with butter
  6. Bake until bubbly

  • This recipe comes immediately after the 15 Crab Cakes recipe, and seems to reference it a couple of times. Based on that, I guessed 1 lb of crab meat. The recipe seems to just say “I like lump crab and add…” – David S
