Lamb Leg 6-7 lbs  
Garlic 4 cloves  
Salt Lots  
Pepper Lots  
Mature Lots  

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350 °F.
  2. Bury garlic cloves in lamb leg.
  3. Season with lots of salt and pepper.
  4. Roast uncovered for 6 hours.
  5. Baste frequently with 4 oz mature.
