Ingredients

| Flour | 2 or 3 Tbsp | |
| Water | 2 cups |
Method
- Remove meat from roasting pan
- Remove pan from heat
- Stir in flour
- Mix well, being sure to loosen brown particles from pan
- Add water
- Put back on heat, stirring constantly
- Add water for desired consistency
- Heat until flour is cooked
- Season to taste
