Ingredients

Ingredient Amount Notes
Flour 2 or 3 Tbsp  
Water 2 cups  

Method

  1. Remove meat from roasting pan
  2. Remove pan from heat
  3. Stir in flour
  4. Mix well, being sure to loosen brown particles from pan
  5. Add water
  6. Put back on heat, stirring constantly
  7. Add water for desired consistency
  8. Heat until flour is cooked
  9. Season to taste
