Ingredients

Ingredient Amount Notes
Pork Loin 4 to 5 lbs  
Pepper   Black Pepper
Thyme    
Garlic little  
Onion Salt    
Sauerkraut 2 lbs Optional - Washed
Onion 1 Optional
Apple 1 Pared - Sliced

Method

  1. Preheat over to 325 °F
  2. Rub meat with Pepper, Thyme, Garlic, and Onion Salt
  3. If desired:
    • wash Sauerkraut and place in bottom of roasting pan
    • cut up onion, core and slice apple, and place in bottom of roasting pan with Sauerkraut
  4. Roast 2½ to 3 hours or until meat is tender
