| Pepper | Black Pepper | |
| Thyme | ||
| Garlic | little | |
| Onion Salt | ||
| Sauerkraut | 2 lbs | Optional - Washed |
| Onion | 1 | Optional |
| Apple | 1 | Pared - Sliced |
Method
- Preheat over to 325 °F
- Rub meat with Pepper, Thyme, Garlic, and Onion Salt
- If desired:
- wash Sauerkraut and place in bottom of roasting pan
- cut up onion, core and slice apple, and place in bottom of roasting pan with Sauerkraut
- Roast 2½ to 3 hours or until meat is tender
