| Chicken Livers | ½ lb | |
| Cream | ⅔ cup | Whipped after measuring |
| Eggs | 2 | Slightly beaten |
| Onion | 1 | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
| Butter |
Method
- Preheat oven to 325 °F
- Whip cream
- Cook onion in butter until soft
- Add liver
- Saute until done
- Mash through a sieve
- Lightly beat eggs and mix in
- Add whipped cream
- Grease small mold
- Pour mixtur einto mold
- Bake over water bath (like a custard) for 30 minutes
- Test with tooth pick
- Let stand 10 minutes before unmolding
- Serve Cold
