Ingredients

Ingredient Amount Notes
Chicken Livers ½ lb  
Cream ⅔ cup Whipped after measuring
Eggs 2 Slightly beaten
Onion 1  
Salt To Taste  
Pepper To Taste  
Butter    

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 325 °F
  2. Whip cream
  3. Cook onion in butter until soft
  4. Add liver
  5. Saute until done
  6. Mash through a sieve
  7. Lightly beat eggs and mix in
  8. Add whipped cream
  9. Grease small mold
  10. Pour mixtur einto mold
  11. Bake over water bath (like a custard) for 30 minutes
  12. Test with tooth pick
  13. Let stand 10 minutes before unmolding
  14. Serve Cold
