Ingredients

Ingredient Amount Notes
Ground Chuck 1½ lbs  
Seasoned Salt 1 tsp  
Onion 2 1 Chopped Fine - 1 Sliced
Italian Bread Crumbs 1 cup  
Mushrooms 8oz Recipe calls for one 8oz can of pieces
Sherry ¼ cup  
Cream Of Mushroom Soup 1 can  
Sour Cream 1 cup  
Butter   For pan

Method

  1. Chop one onion fine and slice one onion, keeping chopped and sliced separate
  2. Mix together beef, chopped onion, Seasoned salt, and Italian seasoning
  3. Make into small meat balls and brown in butter
  4. Remove meat balls from skillet and set aside
  5. Saute sliced onion and mushroom pieces in the skillet used for meatballs
  6. Add sherry and cream of mushroom soup
  7. Add the meatballs back and simmer for a few minutes
  8. Stir in sour cream just before serving
