| Ground Chuck | 1½ lbs | |
| Seasoned Salt | 1 tsp | |
| Onion | 2 | 1 Chopped Fine - 1 Sliced |
| Italian Bread Crumbs | 1 cup | |
| Mushrooms | 8oz | Recipe calls for one 8oz can of pieces |
| Sherry | ¼ cup | |
| Cream Of Mushroom Soup | 1 can | |
| Sour Cream | 1 cup | |
| Butter | For pan |
Method
- Chop one onion fine and slice one onion, keeping chopped and sliced separate
- Mix together beef, chopped onion, Seasoned salt, and Italian seasoning
- Make into small meat balls and brown in butter
- Remove meat balls from skillet and set aside
- Saute sliced onion and mushroom pieces in the skillet used for meatballs
- Add sherry and cream of mushroom soup
- Add the meatballs back and simmer for a few minutes
- Stir in sour cream just before serving
