Baked Stuffed Hamburger

Ingredients

| Ground Beef | 1½ lbs | |
| Parsley | 4 Tbsp | Chopped |
| Onions | 4 Tbsp | Chopped |
| Salt | 1½ tsp + ½ tsp | |
| Pepper | ½ tsp | |
| Vegetable Oil | ¼ cup | |
| Bread Crumbs | 1½ cups | |
| Roasted Peanuts | ¾ cup | Chopped |
| Pepper | Few Grains | |
| Water | 2 Tbsp | |
| Tomato | Sliced | |
| Bacon | “Bacon curls” |
Method
- Preheat oven to 350 °F
- Chop Parsely, and onions
- Lightly mix together Beef, Parsley, Onions, 1½ tsp salt, ½ tsp pepper, and vegetable oil to make the meat mixture
- Chop peanuts
- Mix together Bread Crumbs, peanuts, ½ tsp salt, few grains of pepper, and 2 Tbsp water to makie the stuffing
- Arrange meat, then stuffing in layers, in a casserole dish. Ensure the top layer is stuffing
- Arrange tomato slices and bacon on top of the last stuffing layer
- Bake covered about 1 hour
- Uncover and bake another 15 minutes
