Ingredients

Ingredient Amount Notes
Ground Beef 1½ lbs  
Parsley 4 Tbsp Chopped
Onions 4 Tbsp Chopped
Salt 1½ tsp + ½ tsp  
Pepper ½ tsp  
Vegetable Oil ¼ cup  
Bread Crumbs 1½ cups  
Roasted Peanuts ¾ cup Chopped
Pepper Few Grains  
Water 2 Tbsp  
Tomato   Sliced
Bacon   “Bacon curls”

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350 °F
  2. Chop Parsely, and onions
  3. Lightly mix together Beef, Parsley, Onions, 1½ tsp salt, ½ tsp pepper, and vegetable oil to make the meat mixture
  4. Chop peanuts
  5. Mix together Bread Crumbs, peanuts, ½ tsp salt, few grains of pepper, and 2 Tbsp water to makie the stuffing
  6. Arrange meat, then stuffing in layers, in a casserole dish. Ensure the top layer is stuffing
  7. Arrange tomato slices and bacon on top of the last stuffing layer
  8. Bake covered about 1 hour
  9. Uncover and bake another 15 minutes
