Ingredients

Ingredient Amount Notes
Chicken Wings 12  
Butter ¼ lb  
Flour 1 cup  
Ginger 1 tsp  
Salt 1 tsp  
Sesame Seeds   Optional

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350 °F
  2. Remove wing tips
  3. Divide wings at joint to make 24 pieces
  4. Combine flour, ginger, and salt
  5. Melt butter
  6. Roll wings in melted butter
  7. Roll wings in flour mixture
  8. Place wings on baking sheet
  9. Spread Sesame seeds over wings, if desired
  10. Bake 1½ hours
  11. Turn or not as desired
