Ingredients

Poultry Seasoning 1 Tblsp  
Salt 2 tsp  
Pepper ¾ tsp  
Vinegar 1 cup  
Egg 1  
Cooking Oil ½ °C  
Chickens 2 whole  

Method

  1. Mix poultry seasoning, salt, pepper, and vinegar in a tight container.
  2. Add egg to mixture and shake.
  3. Add cooking oil and shake thoroughly.
  4. Apply to chickens with a pastry brush every 15 mins until done.
