Ingredients

Wine Vinegar 2 cups  
Parsley 2 cups Chopped
Garlic 2 cloves Chopped
Salt 2 tsp + extra  
Pepper 1/2 tsp + extra  
Rabbit    
Flour    
Butter 1/2 cup  

Method

  1. Chop garlic and parsley
  2. Add to vinegar to make marinade
  3. Add 2tsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper to marinade
  4. Marinate rabbit in refrigerator for 24 hours
  5. Preheat oven to 425F
  6. Add butter to oven plan
  7. Dry rabbit and dredge in flour, salt, and pepper
  8. Add rabbit to oven pan
  9. Bake 30 minutes
  10. Turn rabbit
  11. Bake 30 minutes more or until done
