| White Potatoes | 6 | Cooked |
| Onion | 3 Tbsp | Minced |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
| Cayenne | dash | |
| Water | 2 Tbsp | |
| Vinegar | 2 Tbsp | |
| Mayonnaise | 6 Tbsp | |
| Eggs | 3 | Hard Boiled - sliced |
| Celery | 1 cup | Chopped fine |
| Parsley | ⅛ cup | minced |
| Pimento Olives | 12 | sliced |
| Prepared Mustard | 1 tsp | |
| Worcestershire Sauce | Few dashes |
Method
- Cook Potatoes
- Peel and slice
- Mince onion, add to potatoes
- Add salt and pepper to taste
- Set aside
- Blend Water, Vinegar, and Mayonnaise
- Toss with potatoes and chill
- Hard Boil eggs and slice
- Chop celery fine
- Mince parsely
- Slice olives
- Add Eggs, Celery, Parsely, Olives, Mustard, and a few dashes Worcestershire Sauce
- Add additional Mayonnaise if needed for consistency
