Ingredients

Ingredient Amount Notes
Filet Of Fish   Any fish
Butter    
Shallots   Chopped
Parsley    
Salt    
Pepper    
Bread Crumbs a few Original recipe just says “few crumbs”
White Whine ½ cup Dry White Wine

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 375 °F
  2. Trim out any dark meat to avoid strong taste
  3. Chop shallots
  4. Arrange filets in a single layer in baking dish
  5. Dot filets with butter
  6. Combine shallots, parsley, slat, pepper, and bread crumbs
  7. Pour over top of filets
  8. Add white whine
  9. Bake without turning for 30-40 minutes or until fish flakes
