| Shallots | Chopped | |

| Bread Crumbs | a few | Original recipe just says “few crumbs” |
| White Whine | ½ cup | Dry White Wine |
Method
- Preheat oven to 375 °F
- Trim out any dark meat to avoid strong taste
- Chop shallots
- Arrange filets in a single layer in baking dish
- Dot filets with butter
- Combine shallots, parsley, slat, pepper, and bread crumbs
- Pour over top of filets
- Add white whine
- Bake without turning for 30-40 minutes or until fish flakes
