Ingredients

Ingredient Amount Notes
Flour 1¾ cups  
Egg 1 Well-beaten
Water 1¾ cups  
Salt dash  
Filet Of Fish    

Method

  1. Beat egg well
  2. Mix egg, flour, water and salt
  3. Refrigerate at least ½ hour
  4. Trim dark meat from filet
  5. Cut filet diagonally into pieces
  6. Heat deep oil to 305 °F - 370 °F
  7. Dip fish in mixture
  8. Fry until cooked through
