Milk    
Bread Crumbs   Fine Italian bread Crumbs
Salt    
Pepper    
Italian Dressing 1 tsp per piece  

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 450 °F
  2. Grease cookie sheet
  3. Cut filets into individual portions
  4. Dip each piece into milk, then into bread crumbs
  5. Salt and pepper filets
  6. Drizzile each peiece with 1 tsp of Italian Dressing
  7. Bake until meat flakes; about 10 minutes for thin fillets and longer for thicker filters
