Ingredients

Ingredient Amount Notes
Onions ½ cup Chopped
Mushrooms 1 can (4oz)  
Butter 2 Tbsp  
Cream Of Shrimp Soup 1 can  
Sour Cream 1 cup  
Sherry ½ tsp or 2 Tbsp Original recipe lists both amounts on the same line, with 2 Tbsp Sherry in parentheses
Curry ¼ tsp  
Seasoned Salt    
Pepper    
Mustard little  
Shrimp 1 cup Cooked or canned
Rice 3 cups Cooked - may substitute noodles or paddy shells for rice

Method

  1. Cook shrimp if needed
  2. Cook rice if needed
  3. Chop onions
  4. Sauté Onions and Mushrooms in Butter
  5. Serve over rice, noodles, or paddy shells

  • This recipe is pretty… sparse. It’s not even clear to me if the Soup, etc should be warmed or not. – David S
