| Pepper | ||

| Shrimp | 1 cup | Cooked or canned |
| Rice | 3 cups | Cooked - may substitute noodles or paddy shells for rice |
Method
- Cook shrimp if needed
- Cook rice if needed
- Chop onions
- Sauté Onions and Mushrooms in Butter
- Serve over rice, noodles, or paddy shells
