Ingredients

Ingredient Amount Notes
Butter 1/4 cup  
Mushrooms 12 oz fresh or 8oz can  
Flour 1 Tbsp  
Sherry 1 Tbsp  
Sour Cream 1 cup  
Onions 2 Tbsp Chopped - Use onions or Chives
Chives 2 Tbsp Chopped - Use onions or Chives
Ham 2 cups Cooked and cubed
Peas 2 cups peas + carrots total  
Carrots 2 cups peas + carrots total  

Method

  1. Melt butter
  2. Saute onions
  3. Add mushrooms and cook 5 minutes
  4. Add flour and cook 2 minutes
  5. Stir in ham and vegetables
  6. Season to taste
  7. Add sherry and sour cream
  8. Heat gently
  9. Serve
