| Flour | 1 cup | |
| Milk | 1 cup | |
| Salt | pinch | |
| Baking Powder | pinch | |
| Beef Roast Drippings |
Method
- Remove roast from oven
- Increase oven to 475 °F
- Transfer roast and any sides cooked in the raosting pan to serving platter, leaving drippings in the pan
- Mix egg, flour, milk, salt and baking powder
- Add mixture to drippings in the roasting pan
- Bake about 30 minutes, or less if done
- Cut into squares and serve with roast
