Ingredients

Ingredient Amount Notes
Egg 1  
Flour 1 cup  
Milk 1 cup  
Salt pinch  
Baking Powder pinch  
Beef Roast Drippings    

Method

  1. Remove roast from oven
  2. Increase oven to 475 °F
  3. Transfer roast and any sides cooked in the raosting pan to serving platter, leaving drippings in the pan
  4. Mix egg, flour, milk, salt and baking powder
  5. Add mixture to drippings in the roasting pan
  6. Bake about 30 minutes, or less if done
  7. Cut into squares and serve with roast
